I purchased a 2026 sierra 1500 from my kitchen table on December 20,2025. They delivered the vehicle on December 22 3hrs from the dealership. My check cleared the bank on December 30th. I emailed and texted both the salesman and business manager and never received a response about when I would get the title to license it. I finally had to call woodhouse corporate office 3 days before I finally got intouch with lady that said she would check and see what was going on because her info said the title was lost. It's funny she messaged me the next morning that the title just showed up from the dealership and that she would send it to me next day. I greatly appreciate her help . It's like the dealership got the check so we can forget about the person the bought the vehicle. We are to busy making sales to worry about the previous customer. More

Xavier and Blake were so nice and easy to work with. It was the smoothest car buying experience we have ever had! Not pushy, not rushing, and not an all day event.
