I purchased GAP insurance for about $5000. Then I paid off the car because of the high interest rate and I haven’t heard anything about returning the insurance amount. I called and tried to speak with the guy who did the credit application, and he never returned my call. We are very dissatisfied with our experience with Serra Nissan in Cullman. More
