Salesman Ed Lewis, along with managers Woodrow Dean and Brian Preston, all exhibited true customer service!!! There was no pressure for us to make a quick purchase, instead we were treated with respect, kindness and a very professional and caring attitude. Ed is truly an amazing and outstanding salesman!! You could tell he has pride in his job and interest in pleasing his customers. He is well informed, very knowledgeable of Toyota features, service recommendations and went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable with the new 2014 Avalon we purchased. He is an important asset to the Toyota Corporation as well as Toyota of Dothan Dealership. On a scale of 1 to 10, we would rank Ed a 10 plus!!!!! We would certainly recommend Ed, Woodrow and Brian to any of our friends or family and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service we experienced!! More

First off, I love how family oriented the dealership was. The employees told jokes and stories with me and my mom as we waited for information to be pulled up; and at the same time, they kept the process pro The employees told jokes and stories with me and my mom as we waited for information to be pulled up; and at the same time, they kept the process professional. They worked with me constantly, keeping me updated through phone and email about the shipments, and they helped work a lot of numbers to get my car into my budget window. J. Dowling was very knowledgeable about the Prius I wanted. He broke down the features to an elementary level, and I fell in love with the car even more than I did just watching it pass by on the highway. I can honestly and full-heartedly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Here I am meeting The Three Musketeers Athos, Porthos, and Aramis of Dothan.. Sounds overrated? No. I got a pretty huge low score due to my previous car dealer that gave all my credentials to 14 lenders a and Aramis of Dothan.. Sounds overrated? No. I got a pretty huge low score due to my previous car dealer that gave all my credentials to 14 lenders and pulled it at the same time( you read it right, 14). Came to the dealer and greeted and wait for less than 10 minutes and my transaction begins. They fulfilled their promise of not giving my credentials away to lenders and "Legal Loan Shark". They even convinced me to switch from 2 doors car to a saloon. Now I had some doubt when they said that, but it's all diminished once I drove it on my way home. With their forgiving and soft attitude on loans I was given 1.9% APR, with 600-620 FICO score and considering my down payment is less than 1000(and the APR) that is magical, and a new 2013 Camry SE(not LE although I could go for XLE), They worked with me for four hours just to get me financed and the choice of the car that they offer me was not disappointing at all. Here is the name of the "Musketeers" : Steve Barry, Woodrow Dean, Kevin Woodall Definitely will come back for the next sales next year. Recommended for dealer honesty and fair business ethic? Definitely ! More

Upon my arrival at Toyota of Dothan, my intentions were to simply look. Although my processing methods are extreme, Jamie Carroll and Woodrow Dean made my experience one to remember in a positive manner. M to simply look. My name is Jessica Hightower. I purchased my first Toyota Camry about 5 months ago and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Woodrow Dean. I was pleased with Mr.Dean and everyone at Toyota of Dothan. On 4/24 Camry about 5 months ago and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Woodrow Dean. I was pleased with Mr.Dean and everyone at Toyota of Dothan. On 4/24 I was involved in a bad accident which totaled my vehicle out. The last 2 weeks has been very stressful dealing with insurances and everything else that comes along with a wreck physically and emotionally. Being my vehicle was totaled and I had to purchase another one I of course called Mr. Dean to assist me in this. Mr.Dean worked with my insurance company and after 2 days of working on it and searching he found the vehicle I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and I was getting what I wanted. Altho this has been a stressful time I could not be happier with my purchase and it was definately a pleasure to work with Mr.Woodrow Dean again and all of Toyota of Dothan's employees. I would definately recommend Woodrow Dean to anyone and I will definately be back again at Toyota of Dothan again for any future purchases. Thank you all for your help!! More

Woodrow was with a customer when I arrived for our appointment. When he realized it would be more than 5-10 minutes to wrap up he brought Michael over to begin assisting us with looking at the vehicl appointment. When he realized it would be more than 5-10 minutes to wrap up he brought Michael over to begin assisting us with looking at the vehicles on the lot. March 2nd was a bitterly cold, windy day, but there was no feeling of being rushed by either Michael or Woodrow to "make a decision". Woodrow was very patient explaining the details on the car that I was unfamiliar with as well as going over the financial aspects. He also assisted with setting up and making sure the blue tooth function worked properly. I was very pleased with the financing that was worked out so that I would be able to afford to trade my 2008 Corolla for a 2013 model. Because of the lateness of closing the sale, I was unable to have my car detailed at that time. A few days later, I was offered a loaner to go take care of the tag transfer while my car was being detailed. The one thing I would suggest is that when a car is being detailed, offer the customer the choice of having the seats protected at the same time. I know that is an extra cost, but from what I recall, it wasn't too expensive. I would have gladly paid to have it done at that time. It's easier than making an appointment to come back. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, friendly and professional. Our family has purchased several vehicles from you and more than likely will continue to do so in the future. More
