Service advisor likes to talk more than listening. I was trying to ask a question and he kept cutting me off . I even had to say that can I please ask the question I have been trying to ask . I told him I had a meeting and to leave but he was pressurizing me to get the battery replaced then and there. I asked him how long it will take , he said 45 min . I said I have to go and I will come back . He said how about we get it done in 30 min ? That made me more unsure about getting it replaced though I wanted to get the battery replaced . I said I have to go then he insisted again telling me that the car is open and we will have to go through this again . More

Oil Leak. I took my SUV to fix the leaking oil issue. The technician did not give a honest quote upfront and after completing the work, he told me your work for I took my SUV to fix the leaking oil issue. Then I called the service Director and he was able to help me to fix some of the leaking issue. But it still have very minor leak. More
