Anthony Morales would not answer our calls regarding the follow up detailing of the car which was agreed upon at closing. Pembroke Acura beat the pricing that I was getting from other Acura dealerships by several thousand dollars. They also had more Integra Type S stock than other dealers. The car market is still awful fo other Acura dealerships by several thousand dollars. They also had more Integra Type S stock than other dealers. The car market is still awful for consumers, and dealer margins are still absolutely wild. The days of paying under MSRP haven't come back. Anywhere you go, you're going to pay more than you probably should for whatever you're buying. That being said, if you are going to buy a car anyway, my experience is that you will get less burnt on the deal with the folks here at Pembroke Acura than you will anywhere else. While prices are still high across the market, Pembroke Acura is direct and honest. When we arrived at a final number, there were absolutely zero last-minute games or changes. Shout out to Lucas Perez in service, who has been very helpful and knowledgeable with my past and current car(s), Wirlianys Gutierrez, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, Jorge Ramirez in finance, and Rodney Veasley in finance, who negotiated the sale in tandem with Miguel Robecchi. Miguel Robecchi in sales was attentive, responsive and helpful. He even texted me back to answer a question post-sale on a Sunday. More
