Paragon is a very busy dealership. When my husband came in to do the financing it took almost 3 hours before someone was available. That was the only issue. They worked with us and the manager Wilson was incredibly professional and courteous. But the reason for this review was that Jahsid Matias was working for and with us for 2 months to find the car that fit our budget and style as it was a gift for our daughter. He would reach out to us with different cars. But what was really good was that he looked to find a clean no accident CPO for us. It took some time. But our daughter is thrilled beyond belief. Thank you Jahsid! Keep on keeping on. You were polite, professional, courteous, respectful of our parameters and incredibly knowledgeable about the Acuras and every car in the lot. We wish you every continued success. It was a pleasure to have you in our corner as we found the perfect car! More

In short, the entire experience was terrible and fell way short of our expectations. Wilson, our sales representative, tried his best to manage our expectations but his professionalism was good for a very s short of our expectations. Wilson, our sales representative, tried his best to manage our expectations but his professionalism was good for a very short period of time, but, we felt that my wife and I did most of the work for the staff at Paragon Acura. We purchased a 2016 Acura MDX with 32k miles, including a 5-year warranty. After completing the paperwork and being advised by Wilson that we can use our own financing, we were contacted that next day saying that we had to use financing only through Paragon Acura. This is after we were approved at our own lender for the entire amount of the car and warranty – 24 hours! Wilson, nor his manager, Richard, did not believe that we would be able to do that. The rate that we had was much lower that the rates that Paragon was giving us. I’m not going to question the legality of this since I know that the customer should be given the lowest rate and the best price. Also, after agreeing to go a little higher in rates to close the deal, we were called back and told that we can use our own financing company with the lowest rate. This is only after our credit was pulled and the document was completed, including the lien which was created under the incorrect lender. Paragon’s financing team approved a loan with MCU. We don’t know why and we were not really given an understandable response when we questioned this. In addition, Wilson had told us that he ordered rubber mats for the SUV at no cost to us, as a way to appease us (we know), and make up for our time and inconvenience. The rubber mats never came and now Wilson is blaming the service department. I don’t know how Paragon trains their staff or what’s expected of the service level, but, there is much to be desired and we will not be buying anything again from Paragon Honda or Acura. We live close to Ralley and the dealerships in Roslyn on Northern Blvd. Maybe, the current clientele is ok with very poor service and very questionable sales and financing tactics because they can’t do much about it, but, to us, this is unacceptable. The reason I write this review is because I was told that since Paragon Honda does more volume in car sales, hence, management cares more about that than the banana republic sales practices at Paragon Acura. Paragon should address this and correct this as it’s a reflection of who you are and the Paragon reputation. Maybe Acura's corporate office in Japan will care if I write to them. More

Went there yesterday 10/30 around 11:30am. Wilson did not want to give me numbers on a lease unless I signed a paper he created that said, “I agree to do business if the numbers are right” I Wilson did not want to give me numbers on a lease unless I signed a paper he created that said, “I agree to do business if the numbers are right” I bought 20 cars in my life never seen such a low class thing to do. Wilson do better pal. Ended up buying a car the same day from Acura in Roslyn. Much better 10/10 More
