I bought a new Dodge truck it had a minor issue when purchased, more of a training issue on my part. when bought to my attention of my salesman he made an appointment three days out. I arrived at my ap purchased, more of a training issue on my part. when bought to my attention of my salesman he made an appointment three days out. I arrived at my appointed time and was told that it couldn't be fixed then and I would have to make another appointment. Fortunately a sales person was able to show how to properly adjust my problem and solved the issue. Today after making appointment for an alignment on my new truck I was told int would take 24 to 48 hours to fix. Although I was offered a rental, that would not have worked with my plans. At this point I am so frustrated I would never had purchased this truck from this dealer due to the service department. More
