For the last 12 years I've been a customer at this place ,on my last service i had a horrible experience. , i was overcharged and a bad customer service from mr. Brandon swaby that wanted to charge me doub ,on my last service i had a horrible experience. , i was overcharged and a bad customer service from mr. Brandon swaby that wanted to charge me double of what i usually pay for a brake flush and on top of that when i went to pay there was an extra service that i didnt approved. That is unacceptable and never had this type of issue in this place . I will notify the owners of whats going on because this type of issue shouldn't happen. More

He sido cliente de este dealer por mucho tiempo, nunca habia tenido una mala experiencia en este lugar hasta mi ultima cita para hacerle mantenimiento a mi Honda, no soy de dejar reviews pero mi ultima ci habia tenido una mala experiencia en este lugar hasta mi ultima cita para hacerle mantenimiento a mi Honda, no soy de dejar reviews pero mi ultima cita fue tan mala que decidí buscar los reviews de este lugar y encontré muchos reviews negativos de otros clientes exponiendo los altos precios por los servicios y mencionando el nombre de la misma persona que me atendió en mi ultima cita (Brandon), esta persona que tienen trabajando en ese lugar es la causante de mi mala experiencia con sus altos precios por servicios y su mala comunicación ya que al no hablar español utiliza a la primera persona que le pase por el lado, en mi caso fue un mecanico para tratar de venderme servicios que mi carro no nesecita y a unos precios extremadamente altos, al parecer no he sido la única víctima de esta persona porque he leído muchas quejas de otros customers sobre este trabajador del dealer y al parecer la gerencia de este lugar no les importa la mala reputación que esta persona le esta dando al dealer, les recomiendo a todas las personas que lean estos comentarios que lo cojan hen serio y no visiten este lugar o al menos se mantengan alejados de este representante llamado Brandon que está estafando con altos precios a todos los clientes y personas que visitan el dealer More
