He had to take a day to think about it and Monday we went back and bought the truck. I was actually surprised how smooth everything went, from the purchase to the finance closing. Judd was always polite made sure we understood everything that was taking place. He made sure to introduce us to other employees such as the Scott Hansen in Service in case we had any service questions, etc. This was the first time we ever purchased a vehicle from Braeger and I have to say I was very pleased with the whole thing. Best decision to chose Braeger! I was searching for more than 2 years for a used Cadillac Escalade ESV with specific options. So, i came across one on autotrader.com at Braeger Chev I was searching for more than 2 years for a used Cadillac Escalade ESV with specific options. So, i came across one on autotrader.com at Braeger Chevy in south Milwaukee. At first, i had correspondence through email with Judd Durant. He responded to emails immediately, answered all questions thoroughly, and since I was trading in a vehicle and live 3 hours away from the dealership, he made sure I had all necessary papers in order beforehand. Upon arrival, I found premises to be immaculate, and the entire staff to be very polite, easy going, respectful, and professional. They will open doors for you, ask if you need anything, and treat everyone like they were personal friends. Dennis Carver was the salesman I worked with, and he was very personable, knowledgeable, and made the purchase simple to understand and timely. He also gave me a fair price for the trade in, an older escalade. When it came time to negotiate a purchase price for the newer Escalade, both Dennis and Willie Burazin were flexible on the price and both sides walked away from the table happy. There are many dealerships that will not budge from their sticker price, but at Braeger the salesmen understand that if you just meet somebody halfway, they are more likely to make the sale. Also, After the test drive, we noticed there was an issue with the engine idle, so they immediately brought it into the garage and fixed the problem at their cost. And they threw in 3 months of onstar service for free! Furthermore, Heather Kruse in finance was super nice, and found the lowest vehicle loan rate i've ever had. So, all in all, I found Braeger Chevy to be a top notch operation and i give them 5 stars in every category, and would tell anybody in the market for a new or used vehicle that Braeger is worth the drive! Braeger Chevrolet Provies Excellent Car Buying Experience Up until now, I have absolutely hated buying cars. It was kind of a necessary evil. In the past, with other dealerships, it has taken me the entire Up until now, I have absolutely hated buying cars. It was kind of a necessary evil. In the past, with other dealerships, it has taken me the entire day to purchase a car (at least 8 hours or more), and it was beyond tedious. It was like they were afraid for me to leave until I took delivery of the vehicle. Then after all that time, when I did get the car, I felt like they were rushing through everything else (showing me the features, etc.) just to be done with this long process. It is really tough with a 7-year old to give up that kind of time. So, I was expecting to have the same kind of experience when I went to purchase my Chevrolet Equinox at Braeger. I was so pleasantly surprised. Their website was very easy to use and navigate. I found an ideal car that I was looking for, and my husband called Braeger and scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle. Our appointment was with Matt Kreckler, who did an absolutely wonderful job as our salesperson. He had the car ready to go when we arrived. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the car and cars in general. So, we went for a test drive, and we really liked the car. Matt answered all of our questions. At that point, we decided we wanted to purchase the car. So, Matt introduced us to WIllie Burazin, the Used Car Sales Director, and Willie got some information from us so he could get the paperwork process going (Credit Check, financing, etc.). Then, Matt told us this would take a little while (because it was later afternoon on a Saturday), and so we didn't have to wait, we set up an appointment for a few days later to take delivery of the car and sign the paperwork. It was REALLY EASY. When I came to take delivery of the car the following week, everything was ready for me to sign. I was in and out in an hour They even got my insurance changed to the new car for me ahead of time. Also, Matt sat in the car with me and showed me all the features of the car. He helped me set up my On Star Account and synch my iPhone via the car's Bluetooth feature. He even set all my pre-set radio buttons for me! Also, the car looked beautiful. It was immaculate inside and out. When I pulled away with the new car, everything was set the way I wanted and ready to go, which was so nice. Matt saved me the time of reading how to set everything up. Most people thought it was a brand new car. The process was so easy and painless...I actually really liked buying this car! The service was absolutely excellent...I cannot say enough about it. I had never purchased an American made car prior to this car, and I have to say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Equinox. It has all the features on it that I was looking for and more and was reasonably priced. Both Matt and WIllie told me that I would love this car, and I do. I've owned the Equinox for two months now, and I couldn't be more happy with my choice! I would highly recommend Braeger Chevrolet, Matt and Willie specifically, and their finance department. If you're looking for a car, I would highly recommend seeing what Braeger might be able to offer you. I will definitely go back when we're looking for another car. Dennis was super friendly when he approached us out in the used car lot. He understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to figure out if it would be in my price range. I have personally owned the used car lot. He understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to figure out if it would be in my price range.
