Next I was not reminded to bring the title to my trade in. Next, I was contacted by my bank to complete new paperwork because an extra box was checked off. Next, I had to sign new DMV paperwork because I was given incorrect paperwork. Due to the inconveniences, I asked for my first oil change to be on Matthews and Connor indicated he would do something but in the end, nothing.
