I was born in Hong Kong and came to the United States at the age of 21. My first job in the car business was with a Pontiac Dealership. I was then a finance manager for a BMW dealership for 2 years. I started with Mercedes-Benz at Pasadena Imports in June 1991. The dealership was later acquired by Rusnak Auto Group. During my years with Mercedes-Benz, I have enjoyed representing the Mercedes-Benz brand and assisting our great clients. I am very active in the Chinese community and a member of the Hong Kong School Association. I am proud to be recognized as representative of the Rusnak Auto Group.

Rusnak dealer is awesome I got a C43 from Mercedes of Arcadia earlier this month. Their new building is awesome. The people who assisted me was William Ho and Billy Kwan. Andre... you did it again :) A few days ago, we went to Rusnak Arcadia in response to a letter we received from them. The letter made us curious as it contained a lot of incentive A few days ago, we went to Rusnak Arcadia in response to a letter we received from them. The letter made us curious as it contained a lot of incentives. Luckily, Andre Volglezon took care of us. We were currently leasing the E350 and our term wasn’t over yet, but since my husband has always wanted the ML 350, we asked how it was possible to upgrade to that model. After my husband chose the White ML350 4matic with all the options he wanted, Andre was patient to work on the figures and by the end of the day, we were happy and ended up driving the ML350 4matic. This is our 4th lease experience with Rusnak Arcadia. Andre has always been our trusted Benz sales specialist. He is very professional and knowledgeable on various Benz models. More importantly, he has extraordinary people skills. From the minute you meet him till the very end of the transaction, he will treat you like a VIP. We always go back to Rusnak Arcadia because their Personnel and Service department is exceptional. Thanks to William for facilitating and making our final monthly computation feasible. AND, If you are lucky to have Andre Volglezon as your sales specialist, you will be very happy and pleased because he will work for you to make the car you aspire for...happen!!!
