The experience I had with Mr. Fortenberry was of such a high caliber of professionalism that I will be using him for the rest of my car buying life! This guy is honest, encouraging, motivated, and is connected with his customers. A true gentlemen toward women ( my wife) and just oozes joy. I think this guy actually loves his job... It sure does shine through when you meet a personality such as this. A+ to Five Star Chevy for hiring this guy. He will be a top level manager in no time. Thank goodness we met William. If it wasn't for him our car buying home would probably have been Riverside ( where we purchased our first vehicle from). Again, I am in awe with the level of professionalism and sheer courtesy William extended to me! A++++ More
