Good service once I got in-waited 3 weeks for an oil change. Took 3 phone calls to get an appt.-twice no one picked up and third time I left a message and they finally called me back. I waited 3 hours change. Took 3 phone calls to get an appt.-twice no one picked up and third time I left a message and they finally called me back. I waited 3 hours while my car was being serviced. They did an oil change, tire rotation, vacuumed front floor mats, and applied a coating to my brakelines (recall on my 2016 Kia Forte). I was not given an estimated time frame for service and no cost estimate was given, More

Bill was fantastic offering to put the replacement battery in while I waited rather than dropping it off for an opening. When I returned from an errand the car was ready and he offered to wash it as battery in while I waited rather than dropping it off for an opening. When I returned from an errand the car was ready and he offered to wash it as he brought it to the customer service area. That was a pleasant surprise after calling twice and getting service's VM to then get an appointment ~2 weeks out for a battery replacement! I told the person that was not acceptable so he said drop it off and we'll get to it when we can. That was also not desirable. But Bill was very professional, courteous and willing to get it taken care of promptly. Kudos to William Cummings at the service desk More
