Horrible. No communication, bad customer service. Service rep was rude and seemed to care more about going home to proper customer service. Improperly diagnose No communication, bad customer service. Service rep was rude and seemed to care more about going home to proper customer service. Improperly diagnosed the first time so this was the second time going back for the same problem with it getting worse and worse. Made complaint to manager on duty who then after looking at my repair estimate tried to sell me a new car. Estimate was ridiculously overpriced. Overall absolutely HORRIBLE experience and will NEVER be going back! More

Service person was rude and condescending. Complained about computer being down before acknowledging the customer. Sent my son info about the car when I was there waiting on the vehicle. Had to wait outside for several minutes before the car was brought around. Felt like he wanted to get rid of me when I asked what the status was on the car. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes when he told me 1 hour and 30 minutes. My son also believes they put in the motor oil. More
