I cannot praise William Cole enough for his kindness, compassion, professionalism and first class service. From the moment I inquired about the Highlander we have been searching high and low for, he has compassion, professionalism and first class service. From the moment I inquired about the Highlander we have been searching high and low for, he has been promptly responsive, honest, informative, and client focused- he wasn't just a salesperson, he was a consultant and master at his field. Just one example of this is assisting me with the test drive and sale of the vehicle with a one year old... He came to our house, allowed me to do the test drive with patience and grace. When I told him I needed to return a defective vehicle I purchased from another dealership and would be left without transportation, he offered to pick me up and take me where I needed to go. His follow up was phenomenal. Even though the vehicle was not meant to be, I will be referring him to my dearest friends and colleagues as I have 110% trust that they will be in the best of hands. Thank you William, you have certainly raised the bar. More

I had the best car purchase experience with Will. He was easily accessible both at the dealership and by phone, email, and text. He was always cheerful, patient at answering all my questions without making me feel put off, and very informative about the car's features--even showing me features about which I didn't know to ask. I appreciated that he was funny and not aggressive or pushy, but really listened to what I was looking for in a car. I asked him to keep me informed about inventory and he did as promised. Overall just a great personal vibe that impacted my experience. TBH, the dealership office looked a little sad and dingy, but I'm hoping that means they are using extra money to compensate their awesome employees like Will. I don't need fancy facilities, but I do want to know that my car will receive quality auto care and employees have good working conditions -- that would boost my confidence in bringing my vehicle back for maintenance and to invest in my relationship with a hometown dealership for my family. Had a real issue with their internet pricing and actual pricing. Difference of +$6,500 isn’t something you should hope your online customers should figure out for themselves. A 2021 Atlas advertised at MSR pricing. Difference of +$6,500 isn’t something you should hope your online customers should figure out for themselves. A 2021 Atlas advertised at MSRP $42,375 minus dealer discount $5,177 = $37,198. Less than an hour after I requested an out the door price the “dealer discount” disappears from the online listed price and I get an email with MSRP $48,900 because “price for add ons could not be listed because the computer won’t let us and the computer automatically gets the MSRP from(not clear where) and we can’t change it.” That sounds like some shady double talk to me. Of course they cover themselves by having a tiny disclosure that you have to click to find saying they’re not responsible for “errors” in pricing. Now I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt and think it was a error in marketing/someone doesn’t know how to use the computer; and not a deliberate bait and switch. But the fact that it’s still listed at $42,375 and no dealer discount applied is suspect. This original dealer discount of $5,177 just happened 2 days ago so somebody must have looked at this deal and thought the advertisement was correct. In a time where we are forced to be online customers due to COVID you’d think Charles Maund Volkswagen would be more transparent with their pricing. Going to try Hewlett Georgetown, cross my fingers. I reached out to Daniel Bobadilla But didn’t respond . Worked with William Cole but I don’t blame him. I feel he was honest and upfront with me. #charlesmaundvolkswagen #volkswagen #bemoretransparent be More
