Horrible My experience with this dealership, including the service department has been horrible. This was my first car. The financial manager, Luis Valdes, tal My experience with this dealership, including the service department has been horrible. This was my first car. The financial manager, Luis Valdes, talked me into every possible add on, including a lowjack which he assured me would lower my monthly insurance payment. It did not lower my payments. I went back the next day, it was never installed, and asked for a refund. I was denied. I called Toyota Corporate and Lowjack they were no help. I spent over an hour in the dealership and was told I would get a refund for the full amount applied to my loan, this was in writing signed by Luis. That was over 8 months ago and still has not applied to my account. As far as the service department I made an appointment to have my electric key copied when I arrived they told me they did not have the parts and that I needed to make another appointment. Furthermore they said it was my responsibility to check when I made the appointment that they had the parts, even though the knew what type of key it was and what the appointment was for. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! More
