Lured there to drive a manual transmission Tacoma & was assured one was there. Upon arrival none were available & was told "last one just left". OK. Now came the sales games. 1st they marked up the MSRP assured one was there. Upon arrival none were available & was told "last one just left". OK. Now came the sales games. 1st they marked up the MSRPby thousands. Then they underpriced my trade-in by thousands below what Carvana/Carmax offered. The final straw was adding the costly bumper-to-bumper warranty to the offer, after being told I definitely wasn't interested. I politely got up to leave & "the manager" condescendingly offered to redo numbers. Told them to send email. Only received canned thank you follow-up. Go elsewhere. They are myopically dogmatic about their sleaziness, imo. More

After searching dealerships all over CT and into NY & MA looking for a 4Runner, we finally traveled up to NH to look at two. We worked with Bill Cavanaugh, and had an unexpectedly wonderful experience. I looking for a 4Runner, we finally traveled up to NH to look at two. We worked with Bill Cavanaugh, and had an unexpectedly wonderful experience. I don't prefer dealing with dealerships in general, but Bill made us feel very comfortable, answered all our questions, and considering that we did not go there expecting to actually buy a car that day, was tremendously helpful in making the sale happen. This included a trade-in that we got more money than we expected for. We drove it home that day! My wife and I both love the car, and were really thrilled with the whole experience. It was certainly worth the trip. More
