Purchased vehicle, 4 days later had an inspection for "certified pre owned" everything was fine and within tolerances. A few days later had to have a hub replaced under warranty and according to the insp "certified pre owned" everything was fine and within tolerances. Spoke with Ashley about being reimbursed for a very costly recall that took out my truck a year prior. Expected the run around and the worst. Ashley and the service team greeted me, reassured me that I costly recall that took out my truck a year prior. Expected the run around and the worst. Ashley and the service team greeted me, reassured me that I’m in good hands and submitted the reimbursement for me. 5 days later I got a call from Ashley saying they have a check for me. The professionalism and amazing work they showed turned me around from never wanting to own a Ford again. The team did amazing. More
