My vehicle purchase experience at Randy Marion GMC was outstanding. My sales representative, Caleb Taylor, was extremely knowledgeable about GMC vehicles. He clearly articulated the features and benefits outstanding. My sales representative, Caleb Taylor, was extremely knowledgeable about GMC vehicles. He clearly articulated the features and benefits that set GMC apart from the other truck brands I considered. His communication and negotiation skills were polite and professional. Caleb Taylor my Sales Rep. along with GM Damon Martin and the F&I Manager William Brown, treated me extremely fairly and facilitated my purchase seamlessly. My vehicle was impeccably clean at the time of delivery, and Caleb thoroughly explained all the operating systems before I left. I rate my overall experience at Randy Marion GMC in Huntersville an A++. I will refer them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, and I would not hesitate to return if I needed another vehicle. More

Cameron in Sales and Steve in Finance made this without exception the best experience I have had with any Car Dealership in the Country. I have visited hundreds of dealerships as part of my job and it is e exception the best experience I have had with any Car Dealership in the Country. Saturday, we showed up to see a 4Runner, the 4Runner was not there, was told it was in Statesville for cleaning and reconditioning.. Came back Monday found the 4Runner to be in a disappointing condition. Sa not there, was told it was in Statesville for cleaning and reconditioning.. Came back Monday found the 4Runner to be in a disappointing condition. Salesman's promised to clean it up, and wrote in contract adding floor mats to seal the deal. We purchased that Monday picked up Tuesday again was told floor mats would be delivered in a week. 3 weeks go by I call and was told there was a "mix up" and my mats DID NOT get order per the signed contract. Salesman further exacerbates the situation by challenging the validity of the addition by stating, "the mats were just penciled in" inferring he didn't have to honor the agreement he was just doing me a favor. After this experience I called back the next day and asked to speak with the sales manager. I was forwarded to the sales managers voicemail and left a message with my name and number and what the issue was regarding. This was 3 days ago and I still have not received a call back from the sales manager or the promised floor mats that were written in my contract. I did however receive this request to rate my experience via email so here it is. BUYER BEWARE More
