Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. My car was delivered and ran for less than a week. I have now dumped more money into trying to get it on the road then my original loan. I have tried multiple times to both call and email the representatives that I spoke to when purchasing the vehicle and they refused to respond to me. I bought a vehicle, we agreed on the price, he jacked it up $1,800, I have been buying cars, boats, etc. for over 60 years and the verbally agreed purchase price was never changed, until sleazeball Rizka changed it. Management said I didn't read the contract, I had no idea they were fraudulently going to change it. I will let the MI Atty Gen. office, BBB and Consumer Protection Agency sort it out. There are many reputable dealers in the Chelsea are, avoid this one at all costs. More
