Great experience James Willis was our sales person and Will Russ was our finance person. They both made the experience of purchasing our vehicle pleasant. They both were very professional but at the same time very personable. This was our first time to purchase a Mercedes and we are very pleased with our experience. I gave the five stars to both of these two, but there were a couple of things that I would like to address about the dealership. The parking is atrocious!! This is the first time I've ever had to take a new vehicle purchased off the lot to get inspected after leaving. Most dealerships will not let you leave the lot without a state inspection. I was surprised by this considering it is a Mercedes-Benz and a luxury vehicle. More
