Subaru Lakeland has been our go-to place for new Subarus and Subaru service for years. Louis Hepburn and Idetthe Patino were wonderful during my most recent visit to buy a new car on May 17, 2025 and they and Subaru service for years. Louis Hepburn and Idetthe Patino were wonderful during my most recent visit to buy a new car on May 17, 2025 and they took very good care of me and my daughter. My husband and I have also known and appreciated the manager Will for a very long time. The service department takes very good care of our cars, and of us, and I just adore Mike, one of the mangers there - he always treats me very kindly. I am so grateful to have such wonderful people and service to keep coming back to. We have owned Subarus since 1981, and I estimate that my husband and I have purchased at least 15, or more, Subarus in the ensuing 44 years. We first shopped at Lee Ragatz in Winter Haven, then Mastro Subaru in Tampa, and when Cannon Buick and Cadillac bought a Subaru automotive line, we switched our business to Lakeland where we live. I am pleased to write an excellent review for such wonderful people, who sell such wonderful cars, and keep them serviced in tip top shape. And getting a free car wash whenever you come to the dealership is the best treatment. I look forward to more years of enjoyment driving my new Outback Limited XT. It makes me feel so safe. I highly recommend a new Subaru from Lakeland Subaru. You will be glad you shopped there. More
