Would not recommend taking your vehicle here for any repairs. I had an appointment to fix my diesel truck in February 2022.. it sat there and sat there. I keep calling to get updates and since they only repairs. I had an appointment to fix my diesel truck in February 2022.. it sat there and sat there. I keep calling to get updates and since they only have 1 diesel mechanic, it hadn’t been looked at. I explained to them that I was moving to Georgia and I needed the truck (this was now end of March) still not fixed. Had to move and keep the truck there. I try to see if they could just trade it in and I would get a new one from them. They low balled the crap out me trying to have 11,000 dollars roll over on a new vehicle from them. I go out there to get all the stuff out of my truck since I am moving now, and it is sitting in the back of the parking lot, looking like it hasn’t moved since the day I dropped it off… garbage!!! Complete garbage… So now me and my family are at a new location stuck with one vehicle. I continue up to call them and no one ever gives me a call back like I am told every time. Finally get ahold of someone and now the truck is “top priority” (that was 3 weeks ago) then they tell me oh it’s going to be 4000 dollars to get it fixed.. that is on top of me now having to buy a plane ticket and go thru the airport hassle and get up there and then drive it all the way back.. I asked if they would just buy it out right from me. They still haven’t gotten back to me with a price.. which is weird since it is now MAY and my truck has been sitting with them since FEBRUARY… but no one can get back with me on a price.. which I’m sure it will be some LOW BALL price trying to get me to pay 4000 to fix it and probably 10000 to get to payoff.. I will keep everyone updated on how crappy their offer is. DO NOT GO HERE!! They prey and feed off people in tight spots.. especially service members that have no other choice More

Tony has been excellent and Will, the Service Advisor has taken care of the small issue no problem. Must say , the best Dealership thus far. Have to give a 5 star because of the Excellent Service of the Vehicles My Wife and I have purchased over the years. Even got My Daughter a New Car which , She has had since 2012. No problems or issues. I most definitely would highly recommend this Dealership. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE CENTER Basically after 2 hours I complained about where my truck was. It was just there for an oil change and to get my tire checked. They took my tire apart Basically after 2 hours I complained about where my truck was. It was just there for an oil change and to get my tire checked. They took my tire apart couldn't fix it and just put my spare on. No one came and asked me or told me anything. Then they didn't have a tire this is a brand new silverado and they don't carry the tires. So I am stuck with the spare til Monday when I can find a good tire to put on. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT TAKING CARE OF YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE! More

Bad customer service, bad repairs. Reed Lailler is consistent with shorty repairs and bad customer service. Monday we had a vehicle scheduled for a repair( a recall GM issued after Reed Lailler is consistent with shorty repairs and bad customer service. Monday we had a vehicle scheduled for a repair( a recall GM issued after years of safety issues). When the vehicle was ready my mother ( whose elderly and on a fixed income) explained to them it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before she could get there to pick the vehicle up, service department replies "for $25 a day" We are life long customers of Reed Lailler, 2 generations deep. We will not use this dealership for any thing ever again, there's too much competition to allow a "customer based business" to treat customers in anyway aside great! This is not the first problem I've had with this dealership, but certainally the last. Last Time I used this shop for a repair the vehicle went in for a body repair (Deer hit the car) and I expressed to them I'm very picky on body lines... make sure they line up and the paint is properly blended.... well it wasn't! we as consumers must put a stop to this type of treatment, we all made them who they are today and we shouldn't let them forget who's really boss! The consumer! More

Slow Service The staff has always been friendly here but they are terribly slow, even with an appointment. I have take my truck in for the standard oil change and The staff has always been friendly here but they are terribly slow, even with an appointment. I have take my truck in for the standard oil change and tire rotation 3 times in the last year and have yet to get out of this dealership in less than two hours. It's hard to spend the time and money going to a dealership to have the oil changed when it takes this long, Jiffy Lube would be much faster (and cheaper). The previous time that I had my oil changed on my 6.6L Duramax, the technician put the wrong amount of oil in and the truck was two quarts low without me knowing until finally the oil low warning came on. When I took the truck in they said they must have hit the 6.0L instead of 6.6L (There are no 6.0L diesels so it makes me wonder if they even used 15W40.). Really is a nice dealership, they are just way too slow and careless. More

My go to dealership I purchased my first new car back in 2012 and tho it was a day long process the deal went thru & I was able to get a better deal as a 1st time buyer t I purchased my first new car back in 2012 and tho it was a day long process the deal went thru & I was able to get a better deal as a 1st time buyer than the check Capital One had sent me with an outrageous interest rate. Fast forward to June 2015 and I have came back to trade my sonic for a 2015 Malibu. It took one 5 minute phone call to get the ball rolling and the salesman even drove the car to me at work so that I could make a decision and look at it. Every encounter I have had with the sales/finance/service department has always been a pleasant one and I will continue to do business with Reed Lallier. More

My second purchase with Ray. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ray Johnson at Reed-Lallier. He is one of the best salespersons I have ever dealt with - courteous, knowledgeable, t I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ray Johnson at Reed-Lallier. He is one of the best salespersons I have ever dealt with - courteous, knowledgeable, thorough. Without question, I would recommend him and the other courteous employees of Reed-Lallier to anyone looking for a new car. I have only dealt with the service department on one occasion, but that experience was positive, and also played a role in my deciding to buy a second vehicle from this dealership. More

Wonderful experience I have purchased vehicles for over thirty years and have never had such a pleasant experience as I had at Reed Lallier Chevy. All the staff was great I have purchased vehicles for over thirty years and have never had such a pleasant experience as I had at Reed Lallier Chevy. All the staff was great, and very professional. I was not pressured and have been emailed, texted, and phoned sense my purchase to make sure I am happy with my purchase. Allison was friendly, professional, and kind to a fault. She was very knowledgeable of the Tahoe I purchased and gave me her cell number in case I had any questions (there are a lot of buttons). Bob was professional and funny which puts you at ease. David explained all my options with ease and no pressure. Will was courteous and I look forward to working with him in servicing my Tahoe. Beth is great and very friendly.
