After looking for a new truck for about a month I came upon one via cars.com at odaniel. My first contact was with Brett Paul. He was precise and diligent with my inquiry. It was clear within an hour the 100 mile drive was worth my time. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly, treated respectfully and was shown the truck with no delay. For the most part truck was as advertised. Had one unforseen issue that was quickly and fairly resolved. I also had a chance to speak with Will Douglas (used car manager). Definitely not the typical full of xxxx used car guy. He was genuine, knowledgeable and sincere about making a fair deal for all. I financed with Lauren who was a refreshing delight in the world of exchanging large sums of money. Overall great experience. When its time for a new vehicle I'll only be making one call. Pasquale was excellent and so was Will they were a joy to work with. The owners need to work on customer experience in financing area. Seems crazy to sit and stare at vending machines and to feel like your work with. The owners need to work on customer experience in financing area. Seems crazy to sit and stare at vending machines and to feel like your in a dungeon need to change the layout of the dealership. Also should have free drinks that makes a customer feel better about spending 30k. I know that comes from the top so everyone I worked with was great the owners just need to think about customer experience more. More
