I would not recommend working with William Champagne at Portland Volvo. Initially, he was responsive but not very helpful when making the sale, but as soon as we committed to purchasing the vehicle, his co Portland Volvo. Initially, he was responsive but not very helpful when making the sale, but as soon as we committed to purchasing the vehicle, his communication disappeared. After we wired a significant amount of money, William went completely silent, ignoring texts and calls and failing to provide any updates. A good salesman follows through before AND after a sale, and William clearly doesn’t care once he has your money. His lack of professionalism added unnecessary stress and confusion to an already frustrating buying experience. If you value clear and consistent communication, do yourself a favor and avoid working with William Champagne. More
