I purchased my car from Kim May 8th & had a trade-in. After buying I was in contact with the manager, Cesar, who said it would be free delivery to SA. They set up transportation for the following Wed & s After buying I was in contact with the manager, Cesar, who said it would be free delivery to SA. They set up transportation for the following Wed & said the car would get a full detail/inspection to make sure it was perfect. I was told there was an issue with transportation and that they needed to drop off another car before getting mine. Thurs I heard from Kim who was kind enough to offer to drive the car to me. We got a text a couple of hours later & she had to turn around because there was something wrong with the brakes. It was taken to Hyundai & that’s all I heard for a week. The next week I tried to get updates from Cesar with a “I’ll call you back”, “the service department is closed and I’ll call you in the morning” one of the times someone else answered & I heard him in the background say “I’ll call her back” they put me on fake hold for two minutes to say Cesar will call you in 10 min. None of these times did he ever call me back. I got a text from Kim that Hyundai did an inspection & found a pump issue & the original part came in damaged but already ordered a new one. Silence. After ranting about the communication from Cesar, we let Kim know we wanted a call from the GM Will Carter. Immediately Cesar called & said the car would be here Mon. It had been over three weeks without any good communication that I was starting to feel like I was being scammed. I was also getting calls from Capital One about the trade-in & said I was late 30 days which affected my credit. Cesar said that they can’t pay for a car they don’t have yet & ironically my first payment would be coming up soon for a car not in my possession. Not sure why the wait on picking up my trade-in if that’s the case. I let him know I still wanted to speak to Will and he said okay. We hung up and texted Kim the same thing because we didn’t trust Cesar to. Unbeknownst to me, my wife wrote a message through Facebook warning that we would reach out to the news. I immediately got a call back from an angry Cesar threatening to pull out of the deal. I said that would be unacceptable since my credit had already been affected. We hung up & I got a call from Will who did a much better job of explaining things but as it turns out we were both given the wrong information by Cesar about what was going on with the repairs for the car. He offered to take care of C.O. for me & would call me back to follow up about that & a discussion about compensation. Kim called shortly after & offered to bring the car Sunday & did with her own money & time. I obviously was not going to ask her to leave it with a full tank of gas. Considering the circumstances, Cesar should have given her a gas card so it came to me full. Everything going as it did also put miles on my car no matter how “little” Cesar thinks it is. The car arrived June 2nd. We texted her later that evening about the key fob not working. She said management told her we would need to take it to Hyundai to be reprogrammed. My car had not been detailed as promised, it is absolutely dirty & we found snack wrappers littered throughout. The key fob is going to be $200 to fix. The windows auto function is spotty. The steering wheel shakes when braking. After having Cesar argue that they were making sure the car was perfect when it got to me, this is not it. I hate to think that I was being taken advantage of just because I don’t live nearby, because if that had been the case, a simple test drive would have shown me all of these problems. I trusted them when they said there were absolutely no issues with the car & I was practically getting a new car. I’ve not received a call back regarding C.O. or compensation for this mess and now my auto loan with them is delinquent going on 40 days & still negatively affecting my credit. Please be very careful buying from this dealer or buying online. Seeing the responses to other one star reviews should have tipped me to never purchase here More

Bought a car from here. Everyone is very responsive and helpful and positive. I am looking for a local service shop and may use Autos of Forney. One silly thing is the service waiting room has coffee provided but no trash can. Other than that seems like a tight operation. More

I have bought many cars in my lifetime and even sold some for a couple of years and this was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This dealership is the epitome of the stereotypical used c for a couple of years and this was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This dealership is the epitome of the stereotypical used car dealership. The customer service was awful and there was no accountability. It took them almost two months to pay off my trade in and if I had not caught it, they probably would have taken even longer and jack up my credit that I have worked very hard to keep good. It has been over 2 months and they have still not gotten my registration taken care of. The car I bought came with some hidden issues that could not have been discovered during a test drive. (I will say they did fix some of the issues but not all of them). I contacted them over 15 times, and I was always told that they would call me back, not once did they call me back. Buyers beware! More
