THEY NEED A CLASSES FOR SOME WHO DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WILFERDO CRUZ IS A PREFECT EXAMPLE. HE APPEARED TO ONLY MAKE SURE HE SOLD A CAR FOR THE COMMISION, HE NEVER ASK ME DID I WANT THE CA SERVICE SKILLS. WILFERDO CRUZ IS A PREFECT EXAMPLE. HE APPEARED TO ONLY MAKE SURE HE SOLD A CAR FOR THE COMMISION, HE NEVER ASK ME DID I WANT THE CAR THAT HE PICKED OUT FOR ME LOL... HE MUST BE A CONTROL FREAK WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO WOMEN, BUT FOUND OUT REAL QUICK I WAS NOT THE ONE! I SIMPLY TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE AND THAT WOULD BE PHILLPS CHEVROLET. I GOT NOT ONLY THE VEHICLE I WAS LOOKING FOR, I ALSO GOT THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN GIVE. THE WHOLE TEAM MADE SURE I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. ESPECIALLY MY SALEPERSON RAMI ALAMAWI I WILL BE PASSING OUT HIS CARDS TO PEOPLE LIKE GIRL SCOTT COOKIES!! HOMEWOOD CHEVROLET GET IT TOGETHER!!!
