I drove 1.5 hours to Fremont Toyota because of the conversation I had with Wilbur!I experienced a seamless transition from Wilbur to Michael in Finance for the lease process, I was not pressured to buy extra packages, Michael was knowledgeable and professional. After all the paperwork was done, Wilbur took another 1/2 hr to show me & explain to me all the console & steering wheel special features and gave us hybrid plug in tips etc.. He went above & beyond my expectations! I’m very happy and grateful for the great staff at Fremont Toyota !! More
