My experience with the service representative was exceptional. However, I purchased the executive car wash and noticed some dust on the passenger side dashboard and there was a noticeable amount of d exceptional. The initial purchase was a great experience, but when we took it in for a repair and to let them know, the roof racks were incorrect, it wasn’t as favorable. We love our car, and we’ll buy another Audi, but it will not be from Audi of Des Moines.. More
