Over the years, I’ve found Brent Brown Toyota to be hit or miss in the sales and service departments. The misses have been major and made me want to never go there again…but the hits have been significant. or miss in the sales and service departments. We had the best sales experience at this dealership and I’ve had good and very poor experiences with their service department. I will continue to give them some business and find the gems among their staff that listen and communicate with their customers rather than just trying to get them in and out as quickly as possible. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Brent Brown Toyota over the years. There were some rocky moments in this transaction, times when I felt I was not being dealt with honestly. I raised concerns. Commitments were kept. In the end, I felt that fairly treated and I will go back again. As with any new car purchase, you have to do your homework, know what you want and don't want, and be prepared to speak up. More

Levi was GREAT! ! Very friendly and was willing to answer any questions we had. Let us test drive whatever truck we were interested in. Finance guys are the worst ! I get that they need to make commission on warranty and gap sales. But we told Levi we didn't want to waste time on any of that. Yet we still had to listen to the sales pitch. Dallas tried different ways to sale a warranty even though I work for a credit union and told him if I wanted one, I knew I could get it for less through them. Overall experience at Brent Brown wasn't good. It shouldn't take HOURS to purchase an auto. We had them do some window tinting and add a cover. We drove from Salt Lake to Orem in traffic just to sit for three hours waiting with very little communication from anyone as to the status of the work being done. Ended up coming home without the truck so we had to go back down the next day. I work for a credit union and do auto preapprovals all the time. I will not be recommending Brent Brown to any of my members!!! If it hadn't been for Levi and we wanted him to get a sale, we would have walked out of the finance office. There are too many other dealers willing to actually BEND OVER backwards to the customer. More

We felt that we received adequate assistance to find a quality car but the review all costs and fees was lacking. As a first time car buyer I felt that I had been taken advantage of because I did not find quality car but the review all costs and fees was lacking. As a first time car buyer I felt that I had been taken advantage of because I did not find out that some of the costs were optional until almost 2 weeks after the sale. The customer service was shaky after the sale as well. I tried to call multiple times to cancel the optional costs within the two week grace period in the sales contract but no one responded until after the two weeks. It's a good thing I kept a record of my attempts to contact the dealership within the grace period because I still have not been contacted to take action I requested. The only contact I had was Wes calling to apologize that I felt I needed to cancel things and tell me to call someone else at the dealership (who has yet to return calls or messages). More

Wes in sales was awesome and finance was very thorough, but parts and accessories dropped the ball. It has been a month since I picked up my truck and still no rack or sidesteps. It takes about a week to get any reply back from texts, if any…. Made a wasted trip down the canyon just find out that the rack had not come in yet. Not sure if it usually takes a month for parts, but the communication has been awful. More
