Mr Burguess was a very nice and friendly person to work with. In fact he told us about incentives that another Dodge dealer never mentioned and this helped swing the deal in his favor. He also spent much time with us going over the features of the vehicle making sure that we knew how everything worked. When he knew we were going to anopther dealer to look at a similar vehicle he called to make sure we realized that not all SXT caravan's came with a power liftgate as he knew that was a feature we were interested in and the vehicle we looked at at a different dealership did not have the power liftgate and I thought if it had power doors it would also have a power liftgate but not true. More

I initially visited this dealership to browse new vehicles since I wasn't sure what I wanted. Mr. Burgess was extremely polite and offered suggestions. He followed up be sending e-mails (which I prefer) to let me know he would be available whenever I was ready - the lease I had at the time didn't end for a few more months. Mr. Burgess then called me on a Saturday morning a few months later to let me know there were some special rebates in effect I might be interested in and had already located a vehicle with the options I was looking for. I went to the dealership a few hours later, completed the paperwork and picked up the new vehicle two days later. It was a very easy and pleasant process, even when my kids were making noise and running around! The paperwork was also completed very efficiently and the turn-in process for my old vehicle was painless! I leased two new vehicles from a different dealership and each had slight defects. My new Ertley vehicle was perfect. Thank you to all. More

Wesley took time with us to show us the diffrent vechiels. He did not try to rush me into a decision. He showed me a few vechiles before I picked the one I did. I did not realize before that all Jeeps do not have true 4 wheel drive and did not what the same as had in the Compass. More
