Caroline Chambers was top notch throughout the whole process. Quickly and easily explained the whole process including the purchase, trade-in and financing. Her knowledge of the Ram 1500 was fantastic a process. Quickly and easily explained the whole process including the purchase, trade-in and financing. Her knowledge of the Ram 1500 was fantastic and was willing to take the time to answer any questions with the truck and help me set up any of the options. Caroline has contacted me several times asking if I needed any help and making sure we were completely satisfied with our new truck. There's no one I trust more than Crown and Cody Gagnon in particular to service my vehicle. Cody is always great about breaking the news that something needs serviced or repaired, not an easy thing to hear a particular to service my vehicle. Cody is always great about breaking the news that something needs serviced or repaired, not an easy thing to hear as a vehicle owner. But if we spend thousands to ensure that our bodies are in good health, why shouldn't we maintain the next most important asset we own, next to our homes? At any rate, Cody is great about providing you with the info you need, in a direct and understanding manner; then stepping back to let you make your own decision. I think you're going to love him! Crown Chrysler Service Department. This is the third and last service I will ever have performed by you. Every time it is the same story. You don't have your operations in order. St This is the third and last service I will ever have performed by you. Every time it is the same story. You don't have your operations in order. Stop playing games with customers time. Don't schedule an appointment for a customer that you have no intention of completing in a timely manner. If you cant get to the customers vehicle on the day you schedule it you need to provide a loaner vehicle so the customer does not suffer loss of use of their primary transportation because your organization doesn't have the kind of culture that can attract and retain the necessary talent to complete the work on time. These are your failures, not the customers. Own the process and solve the issue. You took my vehicle in, parked it for three days and then tell me "we haven't had the time to get to your vehicle and the only way we can is if you leave it over the weekend and we will get to it next week". Nope! Not even maybe. The reason you make an appointment is so the customer has a reserved time that you established to dedicate to servicing that vehicle. Its not to create a back log of work to pick and choose from at your leisure while the customer is waiting around for days until you have time to get to it. Your business is a joke and I will be taking my money elsewhere. I will share my experience with everyone I know so you don't have the opportunity to play games and waist their time and money either. please don't even waisted your time with the old canned reply. "We are sorry for your experience and want to do everything we can to make it right....blah blah blah....that's not what you say in person. We all know it. So save it. Fix your internal issues, provide great service and you won't have to dedicate so much energy to public damage control trying to save face on these review forums! More

Very poor Customer Service! We have left voicemails, text messages, online chatt, over several days requesting a return call with information regarding repairs on our Jeep. No response. Our Jeep has been at their service center for over a week. How difficult is it to pick up a phone to give daily updates to customers??? WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO GET A RETURN PHONE CALL?? WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER TO ANYONE. If a telephone is too difficult to use then why should i trust them with repairs?? More
