My experience at Brookside Motors was really enjoyable. I have recently moved to Dover, PA and I was looking for a nice reliable SUV. I pass Brookside Motors everyday on my way to work. One thing I had noticed about this place is that when the news was calling for bad weather, they would move all their vehicles in the barn. That to me was a sign that they like keeping a clean lot for people to come and look at their vehicles. Every time I had stopped Jason would come out to greet me and ask me if I needed help. Jason helped me pick a SUV that was perfect for my price range. Brookside Motors was a no pressure environment. Jason made my experience fun and not stressful. He is a very easy going person and upfront about all the questions I had about my 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Sincerely, ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! More

I had decided if I was going to get a CAR of all things, it would be a Ford for many reasons. I was initially "focused" on the Fusion, but was distracted by the Focus' higher fuel mileage ratings (35-40 mpg?! great). It was a cold windy night, and we had to use our test drive to run a few errands. We drove two Focus models that were great, but then we drove the Fusion AWD Sport and were sold! It has more room, and (((GASP))) it drives better in the slushy/icy/snowy roads than my last two Jeeps did. Just have to try it in the mud come spring! Thanks BROOKSIDE TEAM for a THIRD win in the car dept for this family! More

purchase of 2011 Honda Civic Our third purchase with Brookside and was our best experience yet..we had tons of issues with credit report and they kept contact daily to see how far Our third purchase with Brookside and was our best experience yet..we had tons of issues with credit report and they kept contact daily to see how far we had come the night before with the credit company and to see if they should run my credit report again, they explained to me everything i needed to do to get it off of my credit for my loan and with everything they told me i followed and had the collection off of my credit within a week.. Tim would return our calls within the hour and helped us out more then i could describe.. they held the car as long as i needed and put a sold sign in it although it wasnt completely bought at that point. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go to them even if they arent sure what exactly they want price wise/car wise.. they will go out of their way to help you with everything, definately a satified customer!!
