He was extremely fr My Husband and I had a wonderful experience at Thornton Automotive Dover. Our sales person Tim went above and beyond to assist us. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the Truck we were interested in. Explained to us that the Truck was a 1owner and no accidents. Misplaced my keys to the car we arrived in. Tim helped search for the keys. Turns out they were at home as my Husband had his with him. We wanted running boards installed on the Truck and Tim was very helpful in helping us to pick something without pushing the most expensive ones on us. After going over the Truck with us Tim gave us the keys and we took it for a test drive. The Truck ran very well and it was extremely clean inside and out. It was very warm and humid day and Tim offered us a cold beverage. I must say Tim is the best Automotive Salesperson we have ever dealt with. Purchased the Truck that evening, due to the great condition of the truck and the very personal experience. Would recommend Tim whole heartedly. Our experience with Wes in Finance went very smooth. We explained our situation and at no time did I feel that I was being taken advantage of due to being under the gun so to speak. Courtney was extremely helpful and very patient as we talked out all the options. Very open, honest and upfront at every step along the way. The vehicle we chose and bought, is very clean, neat and was exactly what we were looking for. Wes, the finance manager and Courtney both offered to drive me to Shrewsbury so my wife could sign the paperwork and save her a trip out to the dealership after work, who does that?
