The experience was fantastic, from Wesley, to Dave to Ken and Willie at the end what a fantastic crew. And all via email, all I had to do is go and sign the papers and everything exactly the way they told me in the last email, no surprises. You would have to be crazy not to buy or lease a car from Crown, and the phone call on Monday to see if everything was good with the car, what a nice touch. I leased a C300 with all the niceties, love the car, it is so nice my wife traded me her BMW for the Benz. Oh well can't win them all. More

#2 GL450 leased through Crown I was assisted by David Siskin. I worked with David on my first GL450 and wanted to work with him for my second GL450. They started off by listening to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste my time showing me cars that didn't fit my needs. They were not pushy, not even once. Larry Chapman was the one who did my test drive. He took the time to show and explain every feature. After I decided on a car and he made the deal, he still took me back to the car to show me all of the features again. He even helped me hookup my iPhone and set my seat adjustments. I'm sure some people do this, but it was already late into the evening and he still sacrificed his time to help me. One more thing, he never once made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. I have already recommended him and will continue to do so in the future! More
