Brandon was great, very friendly and easy to talk to, and not pushy at all. Dealership is very clean and Brandon was ready to help us as soon as we arrived for our 2pm appointment. A couple of things that were a bummer: - $2000 markup on the car for “pinstripe” and “window tinting. Clear cash grab by the dealership, completely unnecessary. - hard sell from the finance guy on the extended warranty was very annoying. I had to refuse 3 separate times. More

We were looking for a specific color, trim level, and interior color - with minimal 'add-ons'. Rather than attempting to convince us to purchase something already on the lot, they were able to obtain exa interior color - with minimal 'add-ons'. Rather than attempting to convince us to purchase something already on the lot, they were able to obtain exactly what we were looking for, for the price as agreed upon, and delivered in about 3 weeks from the time we put down our deposit. Matt Gladwell was a pleasure to work with and the process was quick and smooth. Wendy in "Internet Sales" was our first point of contact, and she deserves credit for her quick response and getting back to us with precisely what we asked for. More
