He is very helpful and goes out of his way to help his customers without being pushy or being "high pressure". This was our first time working with Wendy on financing the car and she was extremely personable and knowledgeable as well. We will be returning when it is time to purchase our next vehicle. The northpoint website and the ability to review carfax information before coming to the dealership also made us more informed about the vehicles we were interested in and therefore the buying process much easier and quicker. More
