Id give Our sales rep Wendy 5 stars, She was knowledgeable and very respectful of our time. She knew we were in a time crunch and did everything she could do move the sale along, I cannot say en knowledgeable and very respectful of our time. We had to deal with Liridon Syla on our trade, who would receive 1 star for showing up to work. The initial offer was honestly insulting. He low balled us by $6,500 on our trade, came up with a tall tale about oil leakage that would cost $2k to fix. We were about to walk away and he suggested we call the Jeep dealership to assess the cost of the repair, which Wendy managed. We gave them the benefit of the doubt it would take 2+ hours to repair with an $18 part and suddenly we were up $5k on our trade... he never came back in the office to acknowledge his rude offer, we just moved forward with the sale. Sven was our finance partner and again was mindful of time, and didnt pressure us into needless add-ons. He did fail to overnight our sales tax check... I had to follow up on it again almost 2 weeks later and Ive been assured it will be at my door tomorrow. More
