Terrible Customer Service Miguel Castellon. I had an appointment at 9;15 and I went at 8:30 and left at 9:45 without any service done. when talked to Miguel I found him not professional and n I had an appointment at 9;15 and I went at 8:30 and left at 9:45 without any service done. when talked to Miguel I found him not professional and not easy to talk to or get information nor did he organize any appointments right to avoid car crowds or wasting customer time. he is missing customer service etiquette and is not professional enough to represent Fortbend KIA .
