I had my eye on a 2018 Toyota 4Runner in their s PLEASED with the service and consideration I received from Roswell Infiniti and Mr. Wendell Collins. I had my eye on a 2018 Toyota 4Runner in their stock and Wendell helped streamline the entire purchasing process for me. Both he and Matt Ryerson in financing were thorough and incredibly considerate to me. Because I had test driven the 4Runner with a mask on I had not noticed a tropical fragrance left behind from a previous owner. On my way home from the dealership I ended up having an asthma attack. Wendell spoke with his Director of Sales, Derrick, and they had me bring back my new car to try and help. A gentleman named BJ was a part of the crew that cleaned the interior for me and he did a GREAT job! Even though I had purchased the car as is, they still were willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure I had a positive experience. Wendell communicated directly with me when the 4Runner was ready for me to come and see again. He greeted my family and I in person and waited for me to see if the cleaning job they had performed did the trick. I am THRILLED to say that it did! No more tropical smell and NO more asthma attack! This dealership went above and beyond any obligation to me and my purchase and it made ALL the difference. I would definitely recommend Roswell Infiniti to anyone, just ask for Wendell! More
