Car was covered in overspray on the outside and animal hair on the inside even after “detailing”, seat was ripped and they didn’t have time to go get seat covers so supposed to be getting reimbursed for t hair on the inside even after “detailing”, seat was ripped and they didn’t have time to go get seat covers so supposed to be getting reimbursed for those, tire has a slit in it and they want to keep the car for 2-3 days to detail and do tire and not give a loaner.
