Check in was quick and efficient, they did the work in the time window they said, the car was washed, and out the door I went... refreshing these days to have someone do what they say they will, and on time too.... From the test drives to the explanation of the van's features, the price, the trade in price, they really just amazed us. Also, John Yangwel went above and beyond to make sure we got the best interest rate on the purchase of the 2011 Toyota Sienna. This whole purchasing experience really feels like a dream.
