My service at Moore Buick was amazing as always. Moore Buick is the absolute BEST in Jacksonville. I am a local resident to Jacksonville, and I have never trusted a car dealer in the area due to the Moore Buick is the absolute BEST in Jacksonville. I am a local resident to Jacksonville, and I have never trusted a car dealer in the area due to the negativty that circulates. My parents never bought a car in Jacksonville growing up. I had my first experience in 2020 when I purchased my Acadia. Robin was amazing. In Feb of this year I brought a friend to look at cars, and ended up purchasing my new car. I was worried that Moore wouldn't be able to service the car due to make and model. However, they WERE! Thank you LORD! I have never experienced service better than the service at Moore Buick since I have been driving. Emily was my service advisor this time and she was great. I have worked with several over my time using Moore Buick and they have all been wonderful. Also, Ryan was wonderful in finance when I bought my car. Thank you all! More

Great experience purchasing 2 vehicles. One for me and one for my wife. Matthew Coxe was our Sales rep and he was no pressure, honest, gave great assessments and opinions, and provided awe One for me and one for my wife. Would highly recommend Matthew Coxe as a rep, John Gibson in the service department, and “Moore BUICK/GMC” of Jacksonville as a whole to anyone looking for a brand new or new to them ride!!! More
