Crown Sales & Service are Awsome since 1999! My first purchase at Crown was back in 1999 and it was a new E320. Then for my second Crown Mercedes I purchased my first "used car" ever, i.e. "pre My first purchase at Crown was back in 1999 and it was a new E320. Then for my second Crown Mercedes I purchased my first "used car" ever, i.e. "pre owned, certified" E320, and it was an excellent 160,000 mile experience. Now I just purchased my third Crown Mercedes from Ken Stuart. The best way to describe him is that he is the "quintessential" salesman! However, my reason for continuing to buy from Crown is due to their "exception service" afterwards, A.K.A. Todd Johnson. And he introduced me to Ken and the rest is history. I researched and found the Mercedes GLC and Audi Q5 could be a solution. I visited Crown Eurocars first since I have done business with another Crown Dealership and had a great transaction in the past. I was promptly greeted by Ashli. She is in finance and let me know others were in a meeting but would have CJ follow up. After visiting Crown I visited another dealership for the Audi, where I was not or ever greeted for assistance. CJ Sexton followed up with me and we made an appointment to meet. I was very impressed he spent time to understand my mothers needs, ensure she was comfortable and was very honest. When we went to pick up her car, we were introduced John K and Ralph Burgess to made my mom feel very comfortable, and spend quite some time going over her new car, and Wayne took time to go over the paperwork as well. In addition to Mom getting a new car, I also left with in a different car than I showed up with due to the fantastic service we both received. CJ went above and beyond my expectations, which are not small, and everyone at the dealership we welcoming and truly care.
