It took some doing as far as finding any that were available and in my price range, but Mr. Stevenson helped me through the entire process. He kept his ear to the ground, asked around for me, and eventually helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was able to point out all the features of the car and inform me of what would be fixed up or changed prior to my receiving the car. Mr. Michalak was also very helpful in assisting with the financial aspects of the purchase. And when it came time for me to pick up my car, Mr. Steven son was kind enough to actually come and pick me up to take me to the dealership to retrieve it. Overall, I am very satisfied, and reassured in my choice to remain a customer with Crown. More

Best Car Purchase EVER with Top Sales and Service Experience I had been searching for a vehicle for two weeks, and had visited several local dealers in Indianapolis and searched many hours on line as well. I found a car I was interested in at Crown Eurocars of Dublin, Ohio. From my very first call to ask questions I knew I was dealing with folks who knew what they were doing. Everyone was super nice, professional, and over the top with elite customer service especially Frank my salesman. I was from out of town and Frank and his finance Partner Wayne treated me like I had been buying cars from them for years. I got caught in traffic driving over from Indy and got to the dealership 1 hour after closing. Frank eagerly offered to stay and the car was prepped and ready to go with a full tank of gas like it came off the showroom floor when I got there.
