This is my second time using them for purchasing a vehicle. Both events were seamless transactions and minimal stress. My latest purchase was a 2024 Honda Ridgeline. I called the salesman my son had used and told him what I was looking for. Bill and I initially took care of everything over the phone. When they located the vehicle we set up a delivery time and it went smooth. Drove away in my new Ridgeline in about an hour and a half. Thanks Bill and the Stratham Honda team. More

Honda Stratham was quick and efficient, wasting no time to give me an estimate with repair. Wayne the representative that I was working with included visual details and descriptions of critical components to give me an estimate with repair. After having our car inspected we learned a tie rod had to be replaced and as a result, couldn't pass inspection. We have an extended warranty and was told there was a $100.00 deductable. Wayne, the service manager, was very thorough with his explanation of our cars needs and costs. He also made us aware of a couple other items of concern that were discovered during the inspection process. Other than asking if we wanted Honda to do the work, Wayne made us very comfortable in the whole decision-making process. Wayne was a pleasure to work with and I was very impressed with his ability to keep us informed before, during, and after the service to our Honda Accord was complete. Thank you! More

The issue addressed: I had inadvertently poured windshield fluid in my radiator overflow container. Once I realize that I called the dealership, they got me an appointment within two hours. And they immediately began working on my vehicle. It took approximately two hours to properly let the engine cool, empty the coolant and change the radiator fluid. My technician Wayne Gardner kept me a prize all the way through the process. What could’ve been a significant problem was quickly Stabilized and I had an excellent experience! Leo Harrod More
