Amazing experience with Ramona Khan Ramona khan greeted us with a smile. She sat with us a long period of time. Didn't rush us. Searched for the truck that we were looking for and didn't quit until she found one. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. We have purchased vehicles from westbury jeep before and have never had a bad experience. This one by far was the best one yet. The mgr also came over and spoke to us which was very nice. Easy Car Buying I find the entire staff very friendly and helpful from the sales staff to the mangers, business mangers and the service staff. This is my second car f I find the entire staff very friendly and helpful from the sales staff to the mangers, business mangers and the service staff. This is my second car from Westbury jeep and the service is outstanding. The Sales teams are not pushy or try to sell you something you don't want. Brain Thomas helped me this time and listened to what I wanted in my new car and my preferred color. He searched their inventory and found just the car I was looking for with just what I requested nothing extra. During the entire process Brain did not try to sell me other features. He was kind enough to explain some other options but did not push. The Sales Manager Wayne also came over and introduced himself but here again he was not pushy and stated he just wanted to say Hi. The experience at Westbury Jeep is like none I have ever had before. At other dealers I have visited the try to push you into a sale and extra options and then the sales Managers comes over to push you to but right then. None of this happens at Westbury Jeep. As I mentioned this is my second experience buying from Westbury Jeep and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a car or SUV to go to Westbury Jeep as you will get what you want with no pressure and have a great experience from the time you walk in the door until drive out with your new car. More

Excellent experience I was very nervous about trying a new make but the team I worked with at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge made it very easy for me. worst dealership We came to Westbury because of the years of great service our family and friends have received from them. We are the last of them to EVER get another We came to Westbury because of the years of great service our family and friends have received from them. We are the last of them to EVER get another vehicle from here. They have the worst customer service we've ever experienced. They are not about making sure the customer is happy. Everything is to their convenience. They return phone calls at the end of the day so the problem continues to the following day. Normally, when you KNOW a customer is having a problem you would think the dealership and employees would like to rectify the problem. NO they let the problem linger for about a month. We are still not done nor satisfied with our purchase. At pickup, we were told they owed us a floor mat. Evidently, they must be manufacturing a new one because a month later, we still have not gotten a replacement. The truck was not properly detailed and compound was left on the car. NO new detail. They sold us and we paid for a factory backup camera but received aftermarket camera without telling us it was not going to be factory. The camera doesn't ever work correctly. Still waiting for this to be resolved. After the sale was made and they got their money, they no longer care about the customer. With all the cars we've bought and our family has bought, there is always a survey that comes out. Surprisingly, Westbury Ram has NOT sent us a survey. I guess they only want positive ratings back. They know that is NOT happening with us. We are still having issuing with the dealership and if they are not resolved REAL SOON you can all see them on News12. I will be contacting them to get the word out. This is absurd that it has to go this far. If you want a childish experience with lie after lie after lie this is your place!!!!! Dodge should be ashamed to have these morons represent them wish there was a no star option More

A Truly Remarkable Salesman Went to Westbury Jeep to buy a new Wrangler for my wife. We were immediately met by a young salesman by the name of Tom Foster. Tom is a unique "dealership" salesman as he is as honest and personable as I have ever seen. We were making our fourth new vehicle purchase in twenty years and had decided on a Jeep Wrangler. Tom's level of knowledge on the Wrangler was more than I had expected. He sat patiently with us and answered all of our questions. He painstakingly reviewed every option available for both 2014 and 2015 models. We test drove a Wrangler and enjoyed the drive. it is my opinion that Tom is a major asset to Westbury Jeep and will have a successful career as a car salesman. He returned every phone call promptly and was always extremely courteous and professional. His career potential is beyond reproach. I would recommend anyone looking to lease or purchase a new car at Westbury Jeep ask specifically for Tom, to be assigned as their salesperson. More

They advertise great deals to reel you in, then they run, run, run, run your credit to lower your credit score so they can put your lease agreement into a higher tier so they will make money on innocent young consumers. Not only are they rude and unprofessional, they will take your deposits with the intension that your deal is approved and then when they have you in the clasp of their grips, they inform you the car you want to purchase is now 3 times the amount advertised. Now you want your monies back and they will give you the royal shaft. You have to go thru extreme measures to get a refund. Be aware of the scammers! More
