The General Manager was horrible to deal with, avoiding calls, sending others to relay messages to avoid a face to face. An install was not done properly and could have had catastrophic consequences. They sold me a car even after I wanted to back out, they practically forced me to buy it. Most of the options they said it had were indeed NOT included. When finding out it didn't have a protection coating practically forced me to buy it. Most of the options they said it had were indeed NOT included. When finding out it didn't have a protection coating on the paint (another option i was told it had) there are imperfections in the paint from factory. All I get is a run a round when I ask they make right. In mu humble opinion, they should provide a clear coating and not be a dick and run me off. I am very disappointed in the car buying experience and it seems it goes into the service department as well. The whole bottom line is, they stuffed me into a car and sent me on my way. Even at signing, I tried to back out but I was bullied. The service department had pictures of the defective paint blemishes and never sent them to the factory for review. The sales department won't help me even as compensation for the lies they told me about the car. In two words... YOU SUCK! More
