I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process was pretty painless. Wardell Royal was my salesperson and he was very pleasant, competent and treated me with respect. I did most of the negotiating by phone so I didn't have to wait for him to "go talk to the manager" and come back with an answer. Once we agreed upon a fair price, he had most of the paperwork completed in advance so we didn't have to spend hours waiting at the dealership to complete the deal. More
