Asked for an efficient no nonsense and quick purchase. They delivered on that. Sales staff and closing agent very personable and nice. As for vehicle prep- Not so good. Sliding door on van not working right, but they did negotiate a reasonable amount for me to deal with it. The transmission seems to slip prior to engaging fully in first gear. I guess I can bring it to Nisaan under the remaining warranty. However after walking out spending 35K plus tax fees insurance and etc. You would hope they checked it out prior to sale so they can have high customer satisfaction. In addition the van had obviously been in at least a minor accident even though it was advertised as accident free with the car fax report. So a bit disappointed after traveling a fair distance to pickup, but desperately needed this particular vehicle to replace a totaled vehicle in our fleet. Hopefully Nissan will resolve the transmission concern. More
